In the event that you are unable to pay a bill from us in full, please let us know and we will work with you to set up a payment plan. We will reserve the right to charge interest of 1.0% per month on balances due or unpaid for more than 30 days from the date of invoice. We may at our discretion extend a courtesy and waive interest, so long as at least a partial payment against the account is received in a timely manner. We charge a "Communications" charge of 2% of the monthly fee to cover postage, telephone, toll charges, and telecopy/fax expenses.
